    BECAMEX TOKYU CO., LTD was established in March 2012 as a joint venture between TOKYU Corporation of Japan and BECAMEX IDC Corporation with the purpose of developing and constructing urban area in Binh Duong New City, Vietnam. With that mission, we would like to announce the official launch of the second high-quality apartment project in Binh Duong New City named “MIDORI PARK The VIEW” (The VIEW).

    Our real estate projects, such as the first high-quality apartment project “SORA gardens I” (406 units) have been sold out under the customer’s appreciation. Also, the villa project series “HARUKA residence” and “HARUKA terrace” (Period 1 and Period 2 total 68 units) in “MIDORI PARK” have achieved the selling rate of around 80%, which not only received the great support from domestic customers but foreign guests.

We promote Transportation Oriented Development in Binh Duong New City applying the famous “Tokyu Tama Garden City” model, which is developed by TOKYU in Japan.
