21st November 2012, BECAMEX TOKYU celebrated Ground Breaking Ceremony for the first project of Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City - SORA gardens.

Tokyu applies their experiences, knowledge and technology on real estate development in Tokyo in many years, of which typical projects called "Tokyu Tama Den-en Toshi" to this new project in Binh Duong, Viet Nam. It provided customers with exquisite design, comfortable living space, high quality residences. Beside that sky gardens and green walls expressed on the idea of "Garden", the main idea of "TOKYU BINH DUONG GARDEN CITY", which proposed that "Japanese quality" as a trademark of Becamex Tokyu.

To the name of the project "SORA gardens ", besides the use of the concept of "Gardens", the general idea of the whole project, "Sora" in Japanese means "sky" in accordance with high-rise apartments, thus expect that Vietnamese customers will be attracted by the Japanese style.
