    Tokyu’s new development in Vietnam

Vietnam’s expanding middle class and six percent annual growth rate has caught the attention of a major Japanese developer. Tokyu Group is already involved in housing projects in the country. It has just unveiled another one.

Company officials have announced plans to build a high-rise apartment building with 560 units near the country’s largest city, Ho Chi Minh.

Toshiyuki Hoshino, Senior Managing Executive Officer at Tokyu Corporation, a Japanese major railway operator, said” Vietnam is a very energetic country because of its youthfulness, its huge population, and its absolute confidence in growth”.

Other apartments and houses built by Tokyu in the country have all sold out.

The firm is also offering bus services in the province in connection with their housing complexes.

Japan’s Mitsubishi Estate will also take part in the project.
